Therapy
My practice centers people who often feel like outsiders and have struggled to find spaces that honor the needs, identities, and experiences of those who fall outside of social norms. I often support folks who are:
Neurodivergent, Autistic & ADHD
Queer & LGBTQIA+
Chronically Ill & Disabled
Deeply Impacted By Current Events
Therapists & Healthcare Professionals
COVID Conscious & Living with Long COVID
Experiencing Chronic Trauma, Anxiety & Depression Symptoms
Through an open-minded and inclusive approach, my goal is to create a space where we can welcome and explore all parts of you. Here’s what you can expect from me:
Collaboration
I’ll bring information, observations, and knowledge, and you’ll bring the expertise and insights you have about yourself and your experiences. Together, we will make sense of things and find ways to best support you.
Context
We can’t fully understand you, your experiences, or your pain out of context. I consider and address how context impacts you—from large scale social and political dynamics to your closest relationships. It all matters.
Transparency
I will always do my best to inform you of what is happening. I am available to clarify anything that may be confusing. I believe people deserve the right to make choices throughout the entire therapy process.
I create space for each client’s unique traits, challenges, resilience, needs, and goals. Pulling from a variety of modalities, approaches and lived experiences, I have advanced training in:
Neurodiversity
Trauma & EMDR
Liberation Practices
Attachment
